ABOUT US

Construction inspections have always been an integral part of Geissler Engineering.  As the Engineer of Record for nearly 6,000 projects spanning back to 1978, it has always been our duty to ensure quality throughout the construction process.  We have achieved this by means of both of the following sets of responsibilities:

(i) general construction oversight (e.g., Engineer of Record, Owner’s representative, third-party supervising engineers); and

(ii) special inspections and structural observations, as described in Chapter 17 of the International Building Code.

Through our multiple licenses and certifications, Geissler Engineering is a recognized special inspection & testing agency, approved, separately and individually, by each the 109+ different jurisdictions (cities, towns, ports, etc.) throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country, and beyond.
